The vision of a modern smart city is that of an urban center that is safe, green, and efficient because all structures — whether used for power, water, waste management, or transportation — are designed, constructed, and maintained with the use of advanced, integrated materials, sensors, electronics, and integrated networks. This vision is made possible by a host of underlying technology components.
Practices that support long-term economic growth without negatively impacting social, environmental, and cultural aspects of the community.
Responsible interaction with the environment to avoid depletion or degradation of natural resources and allow for long term environmental quality.
The process of improving the terms of participation in society, particularly for people who are disadvantaged, through enhancing opportunities, access to resources, voice and respect for rights.
The circular economy is an industrial model that is regenerative by intention and design and aims to improve resources’ performance and fight the volatility that climate change might bring to businesses. It has benefits that are operational as well as strategic and brings together a huge potential for value creation within the economical, business, environmental and societal spheres.
We at Invictus approach every project we undertake from the circular economy perspective and work with the client and stakeholders to ensure that the principles of circular economy are considered in the program and/or project design and implementation.
Energy and Resources are precious, at its core, a circular economy has the intention of designing out waste. It is based on the idea that there is nothing like waste. Products produced in a circular economy last longer and good quality materials are used on them and optimized for a cycle of disassembly and reuse that will make it easier to transform and renew the products.
Consumption happens only in biological cycles, where biologically-based materials such as food are designed to feed back into the system through processes like anaerobic digestion and composting. These cycles regenerate living systems such as soil which provide renewable resources for the economy. On the other hand, technical cycles recover and restore products for example washing machines, components like motherboards and materials such limestone through strategies like reuse, repair and recycling.
This has to do with the fact that the energy required to fuel this cycle should be renewable by nature, with the purpose of decreasing resource dependence and increasing systems’ resilience. This principle is about developing the systems’ effectiveness by revealing and designing out negative externalities.

Our Urban Development Management System (UDMS) is a web-based Geographic Information’s System (GIS) platform that enables our clients to both improve business efficacy and management operations. Using Geographic Information System (GIS), our Urban Development Management System (UDMS) combines mapping and data analytics to deliver location intelligence and meet digital transformation needs for organizations of all sizes across the continent. Our goal is to inform, inspire and empower our clients to unlock their potential……
Location has always been a key factor in the success of any organization. In agriculture, we use geo-enabled technologies to improve resource management and to ensure overall food security for developing countries. This in turn plays an important part when accounting for funds usage vis a vis budgeting by agencies and stakeholders.
We design and deploy a location-enabled agritech software and hardware system platform to enable farmers and external stakeholder (sponsors, donors, philanthropies, partnerships) to gain insights into farming activities for improved operations management, budget tracking, efficiency assessment……
The circular economy model offers a new chance of innovation and integration between natural ecosystem businesses, our daily lives, and waste management. It eliminates the use of toxic chemicals, which impair reuse and return to the biosphere, and aims for the elimination of waste through the superior design of materials, products, systems, and business models.
We provide solutions that enable the innovation and integration between natural ecosystem, businesses, our daily lives, and waste management. Our solutions eliminate the use of toxic chemicals, which impair reuse and return to the biosphere, and aim for the elimination of waste through the superior design of materials, products, systems, and business models.
